Programa: PRODERAM 2020 – Programa de Desenvolvimento Rural da Região Autónoma da Madeira (FEADER) Objetivo principal: Reforçar a atratividade e a capacidade operacional da unidade de turismo em espaço rural.

Descrição/atividades: Investimento na requalificação e modernização da unidade de turismo rural Quinta Saraiva, incluindo melhoria das condições de alojamento, valorização do património rural e reforço da qualidade do serviço prestado aos hóspedes.

Resultados alcançados: Criação de 2 postos de trabalho permanentes, aumento da capacidade instalada em turismo em espaço rural e reforço da atratividade turística da freguesia de Câmara de Lobos.
